All files disappeared on readycloud

I put files under some shared folder, and everything was working fine.
I took two snapshots, and noticed the following things.

Let's say the share is my_share.
1. The second snapshot was not created actually for some reason.
2. All files disappeared on readycloud.
3. It looks like all files exist when accessing with \\my_share

Why does this happen?
Is this a bug?

It looks like this happens after I use rsync from Windows.
How can I make rsync work on Windows?
I'm using cwrsync.
