IOS ReadyCloud App Invalid Credentials

I just downloaded the ready cloud IOS application.  After several attempts, when I try to login, it says "Invalid credentials or service is unavailable".  I have tried the credentials a lot, and know they are current as they are working on pc, android ap, and safari on IOS.  Please advise.

Hi viperviper55,

Welcome to the Community!

May I know if your Readycloud account contains a special character? If yes, please try removing that and see if you will be to login on the Readycloud app.

Re: IOS ReadyCloud App Invalid Credentials

That did it, I am now able to login in on the Iphone.  On my android, when I log in it continually says refreshing without ever finding any devices.  What is going on with it?

Re: IOS ReadyCloud App Invalid Credentials

Hi viperviper55,

Do you have the same issue on the android app if you try using either WiFi or mobile data? You can try uninstalling and re-installing the app.

The issues occurs both on WiFi and on mobile.  I have tried reinstalling the app with no success.

Re: IOS ReadyCloud App Invalid Credentials

Hi viperviper55,

You may try assigning a static DNS on your NAS. You can use 8.8.8.8 for the DNS.

Since the issue is already about the Readycloud android app, it will be better to create a new thread about this.
