MacBook Pro - can't connect to readycloud

Have a new MacBook Pro... Office has a Readycloud.. Can connect in office. Can not connect thru readycloud at home... It keeps saying VPN disconnect? 

Any help??

I would just like to get more information so we can help you on this one. I have listed the questions below:

 

1. May I know the version of the ReadyCLOUD app installed?

2. What is the version of the MacOS?

3. Can you access the NAS on the Macbook Pro when you try accessing it using the ReadyCLOUD web portal (readycloud.netgear.com)?

4. Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the app?

 

If you have any security software installed on the computer, you may try disabling that and see if that helps.
