Re: Nas shows ReadyCloud ON but on the readycloud website appears as OFFLINE
Hi all,
as I said in another thread, I had the same issue with the exact same behavior.
I am not sure if it is the solution (I have been trying many things...), but the last steps before having the NAS back online on ReadyCloud have been:
- modify the email of one of the user because it was the same as the readycloud account (I have seen this mentioned somewhere on internet and I tried it)
- disconnect the NAS form the account (not just log off)
- remove the NAS form ReadyCloud page
- reconnect the NAS to the account from the Cloud configuration page
and at this point the NAS appeared back to the readycloud page.
I have to mention that Discovery was not working, adding the device manually using the serial number was not working either.
I hope this helps...
Regards

if I remove the device from readycloud all the home folders are erased? Because I have a lot of information synced from my users.

I fear that you will loose the contents of the folders, I remember seeing this note somewhere, or on internet or on the NAS when you disconnect the account.
I have never put anything in the user folders, so I did not worry about that.

This is a community forum, not a support site. Try following up on your email (and perhaps post the ticket number here).

On your mobile phone if WiFi is turned on and it is connected to the same network as the NAS in won't connect. Turnoff WiFi and use the mobile network to get on the internet than it will connect remotely to the NAS. I tryed it and it works.

Of course it should also work when you are connected to the wifi network.
