Need help with a closed readycloud discussion (need netgear employee)
Hoping someone can help connect me to a MOD or netgear employee.
Linked below, a netgear employee (retired) helped someone connect an older ReadyNAS system to readycloud. Having the exact problem. Can someone set me up with an employee that can help me out? Thank you!

@mdgm is still a member of the Community you may want to try and PM him if he can check on your unit. He really is a great help to all 🙂
Unfortunately, Support will not be able to help at this point since Legacy NAS upgrade is not supported but that is why we have the Community 🙂 for users to be able to help each other.

Fixing this is no different to fixing the EEPROM when e.g. USB Boot Recovery leads to a corrupt/wiped EEPROM.
There are plenty of people still at NETGEAR who know how to fix this. It's actually easier imo for someone at NETGEAR to fix than fixing a RN102/RN104/RN2120 that's lost it's serial number.
