Ready Cloud is stuck the screen with the update

Can you help me please,

I need to get into ready cloud in admin discover manage mode. It's stuck in the screen with updating one nas unit at a time.
I got more than 50 to admin, I need access now not when it's finishing this update.

Is the NAS you need to manage at a remote site?

Do you have another way in e.g. your own VPN? You could then connect to https://ip.address.of.nas/admin

Yes, 50 of them remote. 1 is with me in Head Office. Why do ask this ? Can you help me ?

Have the updates progressed?

The ReadyCloud changes are not compatible with earlier versions of OS6 so the update to 6.2.0 is mandatory if you wish to continue to use ReadyCloud.

It s all fine now but it was unusable for 5-6 hours until all update. It should be much better if cloud will update all of them at same time ...
