Re: ReadyCLOUD not connecting

Hello PeppoVI,

The issue on March 30 that was mentioned at Having ReadyCLOUD problems since 3/30/17? discussion was about ReadyCloud turned OFF and it reset the invited ReadyCloud users, if you believe you have lost important data after getting this problem, please check again the discussion because for now, that is more important than enabling ReadyCloud.

Can you post a screenshot, please? Also, did you try another web browser?

Regards,

In ReadyCLOUD I see the NAS (black mode) but I can't remove it, can you reset my ReadyCLOUD (My Netgear) accounts?

I have 2 accounts:

Hello PeppoVI,

Do you have Leave button in the admin page > Cloud > ReadyCloud?

You are looking at the NAS webUI. JennC is suggesting that you leave from readycloud.netgear.com.

Re: ReadyCLOUD not connecting

Hello PeppoVI,

Would you please try to reboot your nas and check if you can see "leave" button on admin Page->Cloud->ReadyCLOUD?

We also have "Remove" button for devices on readycloud.netgear.com.

You want to "reset my ReadyCLOUD (My Netgear) accounts. Does it mean you want to remove these readycloud account?

If yes, you can sign in with your readycloud account on readycloud.netgear.com , and select the device you want to delete this account on Hometab, and right click it and then click "Remove" button.

Notes: Remove a normal readycloud account, data in his home folder would lost. And Remove a device by readycloud admin accout, would leave this nas from cloud. If you want to access nas via cloud again, you need to active readyCloud again for this nas.

Best Regards.
