Re: ReadyCLOUD shows error on login

When logging in I see a pop up window with error message "6001010103" when first logging in to portal and have been unable to find out what this is in refernce to when doing a google search. Any ideas?
I also get a "Device Communication has failed" message when browsing the shares but I am able to view and see everything.

Everything seems to be working. I still see a message showing that the device isn't communicating but all is working now. Thanks
