ReadyCloud shows NAS as offline when its not
I can access my RN204 admin account but ReadyCloud said it's not registered. I continued to 'discover' it using Serial Number but apparently it doesn't stick so eventhough it shows up, but it could not stay.
The server is not online as a 'media storage' but as a 'drive' via desktop, it is available.
Please help.

in case you missed it on both my units it was just (on admin page) going to cloud and turning readycloud back to on. the outage seems to have caused it to default to off.

If you used the ReadyCLOUD home folders and need a data recovery attempt you can send an email in as explained in the article.

I have the same issue. Prior to reading about this, I went thru the boot menu to reinstall operating system (which worked before for similar issue). Has there been a solution found to the March 30, 2017 issue? And, if so, what is it??????
