ReadyNAS104 ReadyCloud services unavailable
Hi
I have a ReadyNAS104 (6.6.1). Signed up to Readycloud.
When I go to the ReadyNAS 'cloud' tab and turn on ReadyCLOUD, it turns on ok, I get a green 'internet avaiable' tick, but next to it a red cross 'Services Unavailable'.
I cant access the ReadyNAS off my LAN using PC or iOS apps.....
I have tried:
Google DNS
IPV6 off
Port forwarding on my router (6300)
I have had the NAS for a few years, and this is the first time I have tried ReadyCloud....

I think Netgear is having a problem with the Readycloud servers, this has been going on since about the 27 January.
Netgear hasn't been providing information about this on the forums (or anywhere else for that matter) so it is difficult to predict what is going to happen and when.
Some users have reported that their connectivity from Readycloud clients has returned in the last 24 hours. I am still stuck where you are, Services unavailable, and I am unable to connect using a remote client. Strangely I can connect using the web portal, but not using the client apps. Getting a new user registered also still does not work.
