Readycloud desktop not installing
Hi,
I have signed into readycloud page and then tried installing readycloud desktop from bottom left of screen but keep getting the following error and have to abort installation.

I have tried turning antivirus off and installing fresh download but keep getting the same error. I am using windows 10. I have tried using Chrome and Edge.

Hello SparkeyBailey,
I understand that you are having trouble installing readycloud app on your computer. Please try to disable any personal firewall, anti virus and security applications running on the computer and then run the installation again.

Thanks Marty, I tried your suggestions but it did not work. However Windows has updated recently and I can download readycloud desktop but the device keeps saying offline.

Hi all,
Just now upgrade the ready cloud desktop software and stop installation and read:
Can't write: C:\Program Files (x86)\NETGEAR\Remote\bin\lncomservice.dll
then i must to interrupt the instalaltions.
No Firewall or antivirus except the Microsoft (Defender).

Please make sure that the Internet and Service under Cloud tab on the admin page of the NAS has 2 green check marks.
Please try to fully uninstall the current readycloud app and then install the latest version.

Hello Sparkeybailey
please follow the steps to install latest ReadyCLOUD client
--install latest ReadyCLOUD client,it will uninstall previous version
--once uninstalling is finished,do not click Next to install new version.
--reboot the computer.
--when Windows is booted up,install latest ReadyCLOUD again.
