Readycloud online, but vpn disconnected
When I am locally connected to my netowork everything works correctly. When I try to connected from outside my network, it says online(VPNdisconnected). This happens on mutiple computers. This happened after I upgrade my network from a linksys wrt 3400 acs to a ubquiti dream machine pro. Is there a port that I need to open, I opened 443 but it has not worked.

The default port is 6300. But I believe you can change that in the ReadyCloud settings on the NAS.
Also, check the cloud setting page in the web ui of the NAS, and make sure you see the two green checks.

i changed the port but there was no difference. on the cloud page in the ReadyNas. I see 1 check saying that internet Available, and then a green dot next to ready cloud. what should the 2 check be?

There should be a second check next to "Internet Available" that says "Services Available". Though personally I don't use the cloud services, and it is possible they changed that recently. Hopefully someone else who does use Readycloud will chime in.

Since Windows update 2004 I cannot get the VPN service back to work.
-I've rebooted the server
-reinstalled firmware
-reinstalled ReadyCloud
-left the ReadyCloud service and back again
-created a new account
-checked all settings on a Windows device running on 1909 and compared
-the ReadyCloud app is working on 1909 on the same network
-the ReadyCloud app is working on Android 10 on the same network
What else? Any ideas?

2 options:
1. downgrade to 1909 for the time beeing and use readycloud.
2. dont downgrade and wait until netgear fixes the application (you can still use https://readycloud.netgear.com in a browser to access your files if necessary).

Hi all,
You can try the ReadyCLOUD test app that is provided on this thread:
Please check if the app will work with the Win10 2004 build.
Edit:
v1.20 of the ReadyCLOUD app is already out. This should fix the 'VPN Disconnected' issue on Windows 10 20H1 (2004) build.
Regards,
