Removal of users from backend
I am having issues inviting users to ReadyCLOUD that have been removed. I wanted to remove all users then start over, I now can not reinvite any user that has been added previously without an error. I believe I saw a previous posting with same issue that needed support to remove the users from the backend but haven't figured out the best way to contact support for this.
I am able to invite new email addresses to the NAS without problems.

What readynas device?
Have you tried:
Login to https://remote.readynas.com/index.jsp?pid=3 and select the option to delete your accounts?
A support request using the support portal on this site would be the way to contact support. The device needs to be registered to you.

That's not the way to delete invites.
There is a config file on the NAS that needs to be edited.
