Cprice83 I have fixed the serial number and MAC addresses on this system. They should both be showing correct now.
This system should be able to connect to ReadyCLOUD again now.

Hi, is this also affecting SMB connection under windows? I cannot find the NAS in the Network (=Windows searching network in windows explorer) and I have to directly access with using the IP of the NAS to get onto the network drive with SMB and it takes for ages until I can put my credentials in.

JensManke it sounds like your problem is unrelated. Please stick to your thread. I assume your NAS is reporting the correct serial number and MAC addresses?
