VPN Disconnected
Hi there,
I get an "Online (VPN Disconnected)" error in ReadyCloudDesktop client for both my RN31600 situated at different locations.
Both NAS can be accessed locally and are shown in the browser when connecting via ReadyCloud portal
Is there any issues with Netgear VPN Server?

Hi komm_it,
We have not heard any issues with the ReadyCLOUD server. I would like to gather additional information regarding this issue. I have listed my questions below:
1. May I know the computer where the desktop client is installed?
2. What is the version of the ReadyCLOUD Desktop app?
3. What is firmware version of the NAS devices?

1. iMac 27" 2017
2. ReadyCloud v. 1.6.766.178
3. Firmware 6.9.3 on both NAS
This morning ( in Danmark) both NAS are online again with connected VPN. (?)
I had absolutely no issue last night with my internet connection and both NAS were online as far as I can see. (rsync between NAS has been running during the night)
I did reboot the computer and I can't see anything in the logs from last night related to ReadyCloud Client.
