Why have the ReadyCloud Applications on all of my computers and my devices stopped working?
Starting a few days ago, the ReadyCloud applications on all of my computers -- and on my iPhone and iPad and on my employee's computer -- stopped connecting to my ReadyNAS device. My employee and I can still connect through web browsers, but losing the ReadyCloud applications has hobbled our work. How can Netgear expect to be taken seriously when no one can rely on its hardware or software products?

Hi BriBrom,
I understand you are having a major issue with your ReadyCLOUD clients connecting to your ReadyNAS device. Can I ask you if the issue has been resolved since you added this post? We have been trying to resolve a server level issue that should not have impacted any customers. My curiosity would be maybe the issue you are experiencing has been resolved itself due to the work that was completed during the week.
Can you verify this?
Also secondly, I would be curious to see if the following is correct,
1. Do you see green check marks in the Cloud menu in the Local Admin Page of your ReadyNAS?
2. Can you double check the DNS servers for the ReadyNAS devices network adapters?
You can see this by going to Network>Links>Click the gray gear next to green adapter>Select IPv4>DNS should show at the bottom
If your DNS is missing please add the DNS back by clicking the + sign.
3. Can you check to see if UPnP is enabled in settings? System>Settings>Services>UPnP should show a green bar to indicate enabled
If your issues are not resolved in this troubleshooting please submit your logs for review Send us logs
