2cam lincense gives error 11

Hi,

I just bought the 2 cam license and it gives error 11 on activation onnline and also offline

My order nr is Order #16328744445

I even tried on a second readynas which was reset to factory settings, same error

The addon works fine but error 11 on activation

please help
