[ERROR] uploading package
Hi there
I've been using ReadyNas'es for quite some time. My current RN314 have a problem: it has always failed when I upload the DVBLink server package (e.g. dvblink-server-netgear-linux-r6-x86_64-5.1.0.deb). I always get an error in the interface, and the error is always there, with no regards to ReadyNAS OS version (currently 6.2.3 beta 9). The error is always present when using IE, no matter which version (currently IE11).
When upgrading from FireFox, there is no problems.
I've found that the packages is being uploaded to /tmp on the NAS. When doing it via IE the FULL path of the file is used for the filename e.g. D:\\Downloads\[packagename]. When using FF, the [packagename] is the only part used to create the filename (see attachment and guess which file has been uploaded by FF an whih one by IE...). Does this cause the problems?
