So, I've been running ReadyNas surveillance for about two years now and love it.
I have eight cameras at home, and I wanted more, so I bought a new license. I had to activate it using the "offline tool" for it to activate, and when logging into the surveillance setup by IE, it shows the license activated and lets me add cameras. I added a camera. No problem.
However, when I go to my live viewer it still shows my original 8 cameras and the new one won't show up.
Anybody else had this problem with adding a license?
The system, once set up is very robust and good. Adding licenses has been troublesome.
If I get a good suggestion other than "restart everything" which I have already done four times, I'd be glad to hear it.
