Community apps are the ones from third party developers, while there are some from Netgear such as ReadyNAS Surveillance and Photos II.
About RADIUS server app, you might want to see another discussion where a user use Free RADIUS app that was created by a third party developer but I believe was not submitted yet to Netgear.
