RN212: Php app from poussin stopped working after 6.10.8 update

I updated my RN212 to 6.10.8 post which PHP app from poussin stopped working. Even downgrading to 6.10.7 does not resolve it. 

Now, I have bought PHP 7.4 from RNextras, that installs currently but getting 404 error on clicking launch. Can someone help

Yes, he has asked for logs which i have sent. awaiting reply.

In the meantime, I accidentally reinstalled apache and lost admin page access. It was showing apache page on localhost. I tried doing OS install through boot menu but now getting
