Your windows computer will need to have a GOOD video card. Slower cards can't handle many cameras. I had to get a new computer to handle my 16 cameras at once. I still have to put them on "low" streaming quality otherwise it locks up.
The phone app is SHIT. You can only see 6 cameras, and it won't work with the Samsung Galaxy S3 at all. Users hate it.
It took FOREVER to get it set up right, and required calls to support, re-installation of my operating sytstem on my ReadyNAS, and the licenses wouldn't work....etc...
Finally, after a difficult setup, it works most of the time.
Now that I've gotten my new Samsung phone, it doesn't work AGAIN and there will be no update I'm sure to help people with issues. Evidently Netgear doesn't care about this program.
