Surveillance playback and android remote

I have installed this as a test, and suddenly I need to have a clip that I believe was recorded(although playback isn't working) for insurance. Can someone help me. I try playback from the web portal, IE crashes. I try the windows client, none of the camera's are listed after I add the server and verify settings. I am using the trial and would be glad to purchase it if I can get this working.... Also the android client Force Closes every time I try to connect.

BTW, I am not a Readynas Newbe, I have been using them for the better part of a decade.

51 views... no help, so I assume that the rest of you had the same problem.

Steps
1. add server in playback client
2. goto retrieve clips, select from the drop down menu the server you added
3. select the date
4. select the camera(s)

I'm having the same problem with the android client force close every time I try to connect.
