I own a license for 2 cameras in my (RNDU4000) that I want to transfer to another device.
At the License management page did I click on the transfer button. I got an error message, but my license disapperard.
So I tried to activare the serial number in the new device but I get the message "License activated failed. Error code 11".
How should I do to transfer my license to the other device?
Please private message me your licence key and I can ask whether it can be reset.
