Installation on server aborts due to name conflict

I made a clean install on our backup ReadyNAS Pro system with V 4.2.19.
Next, I saved the config (Type=all) from our production Server (running also V 4.2.19), and load the config to the backup system. Network settings and system name has been changed.
Now I try to activate the 'available' ReadyNAS Remot Server package (1.0.9.78), but an error message pops up: 'Installation is not allowed due to a name conflict'
I try SSH but the /opt directory is still empty. Reloading the package by local software update also fails. No messages in the logs are found. Renaming the system again also not helps.

Any idea?

One option is to redo the clean install.

But this time install the add-ons used on your production NAS before loading the config.

Maybe try opening an on-line support case.

Try removing references to the add-on in /etc/default/services and /etc/frontview/addons/addons.conf
