ReadyNAS remote on Imac mountain lion

Does ReadyNAS remote not work on mac mountain lion? I have a friend who can not set it up

I tried to install latest remote application for mac lion(1.0.34) to my mountain lion laptop with success,but there is a thing needs to note that when I was installing this application the installation task will stucked at license agreement window for about 7-10 mins,expect this everything went well and I can see my remote share without any problem
