Readynas Remote on 5.3.7 - "Not Ready?" #20458571
Dear All
ReadyNas Remote Access worked fine prior to 5.3.7 upgrade on Duo V2 ARM
With 5.3.7 it simply does not work and I get an eternal Not Ready error in the Radiator menu when it tries to connect to the Readynas Remote service. The Internet connection has a green tick but I get "Connecting" for 20 seconds then "Not Ready".
On the advice of a Netgear tech I factory reset the unit AND reinstalled the OS. Then piled my data back on the box.
Still the same problem. Have tried with and without port-forwarding (which worked on 5.3.6) to no avail.
Am I the only one with grey hairs trying to resolve this? Netgear tech advises a downgrade to 5.3.5 but that would reintroduce all the issues I fixed in 5.3.6 and 5.3.7
The release notes state:
"Enhance ReadyNAS Remote & ReadyDrop support"
http://www.readynas.com/?p=6592
Did 5.3.7 break remote access?
Any help appreciated.
Andy

I'm happy to say that Pramod responded after logging a remote case and my system was up and running in a few days. Nice to see the unit finally Online after a long absence!
