USB on ReadyNASx86

Hi!
I need the following two files to my Ultra 4
usbserial.ko
ftdi_sio.ko

The only files I could find here are for DUO/NV+ etc.. and not for x86 (Ultra 4)

Any ideas?

Have you been able to find any files for x86 RadyNAS? I have been looking to after them but with no luck.

This may be a stupid suggestion but I see a user compiled this -> http://forum.qnap.com/viewtopic.php?f=93&t=19295&start=0&sid=c16e698a12ea59bcee0552e271748bbb for an x86 Qnap, would that work?

Yes I saw the Qnap files to and they didn’t work. But I had high hopes that the would work but they didn’t.

Anyone succeeded to add USB support yet?

chirpa made a post on how to add modules here:

It can be used to add USB support but I got stuck on build-essentials due to dependencies.
