Access control blocking all devices

I have a Netgear 6220 WiFi Router. Access control via the Genie app was working fine but lately as soon as you turn on access control it blocks all devices aand not internet access even though the Network map shows which devices are blocked or not.
Any solution why all of a sudden access control blocks all devices and no internet access when switched on ?

If you have followed the steps on how to setup Access Control yet the issue persists, you can reset the router if it is an option for you. You can then reconfigure the settings.

1. What is the firmware version of the router?
2. Please try unblocking the devices and re-doing the Access Control for other devices you wish to block. The link below may help out.
