Can't connect to the router

I have a problem connecting to my new router (r6080).
When I log on the wi-fi network safari opens up with a pink page that says "403 Forbidden". What shall I do?

Hi @Tami33,

 

Try resetting the router to defaults then go through the setup. We recommend doing this while using a device wired to the router. The links below may help out.

I had to do the connecting through My computer (PC). Didn't work at iPad/iPhone. 

Just open a new window and go to www.routerlogin.net.

I tried that directly hooked up to the router.. I'll try wirelessly
