I have an Orbi Rbr50 WiFi router with 2 satellites. One of the satellites is an Orbi Voice rbs40v. Netgear sent an email to upgrade the rbs40v but every time I try to update the firmware I get an error message. My Rbr50 firmware is v2.7.2.104. Does the Orbi Voice need a firmware update by itself? I could use some help please.
Was reply incorrect? I just need to know why I keep.getting an error message when I try to check for new firmware. In the past when I Checked the firmware it would state I have the most current update or would tell me to update. Do the router and the voice satellite have to be on the same firmware version?
I am not good at this and really need some help. My WiFi numbers are fine as is everything else.
Can someone tell me why when I try seeing if I have an update on my Orbi application I get an error message and not the message that your system is up to date? I do not understand what would cause this ad I have an excellent WiFi signal.
