Hi everyone. I am having an issue getting my USB thumb drive to show up in ReadyCLOUD. It shows up and works just fine with ReadySHARE (the CIFS/SMB share and HTTP/S protocol), however getting it to show up in ReadyCLOUD hasn't worked just yet. I am running the latest firmware (1.0.4.122 on the R6400v2), and have sucessfully created the ReadyCLOUD login, and registered it (supposedly "sucessfully") on the router.
I have unregistered and reregistered several times on on the admin page, but it still says "No Volumes or USB Disks" when logging into http://readycloud.netgear.com.
The only thing I haven't tried is factory resetting my router, however, I'd like to only do that at a last resort.
I don't know if it's useful, but while logged into http://readycloud.netgear.com, if I click the refresh button, in Chrome's developer tools, I see a call to https://readycloud-api.netgear.com/client/entry/sendnml/1085478/dbbroker that responds with "Cannot authentificate user! User is not registered."

I decided to go ahead and try factory resetting the router, and that did the trick. I can now access the drive via ReadyCLOUD. I've have the router for years and have never reset it, so I guess it was time to.
