Thanks for clarifying. As @schumaku says, its a bit unclear why it powers up after a reset...

Unify needs to learn their developers about PoE Classes I guess, and not taking the shortcut.

I tried to reproduce your issue - the switch power the device following a plain simple reset.

Version of FW: 1.5.0.4, Boot loader: V1.4.0.5. 

I couldn't reproduce it. 

Checking with our R&D, he said the issue has been fixed.

Could you please tell us your FW and boot loader version?
