We have 2 external HDDs which will not mount when connected to the RD104 via the USB3 ports.
Both drives have been working fine until the latest firmware releases. The drives are different models.
They can both connect to USB2 front port and mount but they will not mount when plugging in to the USB3 ports at the rear.
The light comes on the HDDs when connecting to the rear ports though.
Very strange. I have seen this on previous firmware releases. Is it a known issue?
Again, the drives where working fine until .3/.4 FW installs.
Please help me... I've tried rebooting etc which was needed on a previous FW release
Same here, tried with 2 different brand external drives and both not working on USB3.
Front panel usb2 working ok. I thing it is a firmware bug.
