[23159905] ReadyNAS NV+ cannot acces shares after Resync

So I have put a summary together of my issues. I have a case open with support.

ReadyNAS NV+V2
Product Number RND4000-200NAS
4X3TB Seagate Barracuda Drives

1. On May 2 came home and was streaming movies from the NAS to my Roku when the connection was lost
2. Tried to access shares from computer – no luck
3. Could not access Dashboard
4. Rebooted the server – had to reboot 2 or 3 times – finally booted
5. Went to check the log and the log had numerous errors on disk 3
6. Started a backup of my critical files and finished, and then server froze
7. Rebooted NAS again and gave the error message Disk 1 dead – not disk 3
8. Went and bought two new 3TB disks - WD 3TB Red Drives
9. Hot swapped Disk 3 with new disk (thinking that this will solve the problem)
10. NAS was frozen
11. Rebooted – could not access shares
12. Replaced Disk 3 back into array and hot swapped Disk 1 with new Disk
13. NAS recognized new disk and started the resync process
14. Could access the shares and watched movie/tv show streamed
15. Resync finished overnight - but had this message :RAID sync finished on volume C. The array is still in degraded mode, however. This can be caused by a disk sync failure or failed disks in a multi-parity disk array.
16. Checked the NAS this morning and no shares could accessed (show up in Windows but cannot browse)
17. Dashboard could be accessed
18. Errors in the log about Disk 3 continue
19. So hot swap Disk 3 with new disk
20. NAS acknowledged new disk 3 in array but does nothing after that
21. Rebooted the NAs multiple times, reinstalled OS no change – shares can be seen but message in log say that shares path could not be found
22. Hot swapped old Disk 3 back into the array (to see if the system will recognize) – no difference

I'd wait on support. Perhaps edit the title of your post to include the case number.

Update is that I decided to clone disk 3. Because for a period of time I was able to run with three disks (c unprotected message) with disks 2, 3, 4, even though disk 3 showed errors. That lasted for about a day and then NAS reported disk 3 dead.

I tried cloning with Seagates Discwizard, but after 16 hours it seemed to get stuck at "less than one minute remaining" for four hours. So I cancelled. Now I am trying EaseUS, it has gone through 17 hours of cloning to 99% complete with zero read errors, in the last 2 hours it has only transferred another 4GB (out of 20gb remaining) and shows 161 read errors. Hopefully it can finish cloning without too much more trouble and then I will reinsert into array and start up and see what happens.
