All pictures corrupted on RN104

2 of my drives out of no where lost their connection with the RN-104. After a reboot all of my pictures look like the one attached. Most thumbnails look ok, but the actual image opens for a second, then instantly gets a random color covering the image. Is there a way to fix this?

The backup failed, so all i have are these corrupted files
