Antivirus

I have two RNDP2000s, and have just set up an RN104.  All are updated to OS 6.10.6.  Both RNDP2000s show Antivirus in the list of services,a nd the log confirms that it is being updated.  Antivirus does  ot appear anywhere in the GUI for the RN104 and I can find nowhere toenable it.  Everything else is behaving as expected.  Any ideas what I may be doing wrong?

Nothing.  Netgear removed support for AV on the RN104 in 6.10.0.  The RN102 and RN104 don't have enough memory to run the service.

Re: Antivirus

Ah.  Thanks.  And apologies for typos last time.  I can understand that - it is surprising how little memory it has!  But it doesn't seem to say that anywhere.

Thanks again.

It is in the "bug fix" section here - https://kb.netgear.com/000060716/ReadyNAS-OS-6-Software-Version-6-10-0

Which IMO is an odd place to put it.

Re: Antivirus

So it is.  Yes, very odd - if that's a "bug fix" I'd rather have the bug!
