Backup All Home shares to external USB drive not working

Hello,

is there a way to backup home folders? I'm trying to backup to USB drive connected to the NAS but I get error selecting /data/home as source and USB_HDD as destination during job creation. Backup of shared folders to USB is working fine.

Any advice welcome

gorgot to mention the nas model, it is a readynas 3138, firmware 6.9.5

I can select /data/home with no problem on my NAS.  Perhaps try creating a job that has an existing share as the destination - that should help isolate the problem.

What backup protocol are you using?
