Best Way To Migrate Config/Data To New ReadyNas Duo
I have a ReadyNas Duo and just bought a second ReadyNas Duo v2 to replace it.. I have looked in the Netgear KB and around in the forums for any recommendations to migrate configurations (and, if possible but not likely, data). I found the below URL which looks promising but not sure if it will work for moving the configs from a v1 to v2. It hasn't worked so far.. Therefore, can anyone recommend the best way to migrate configs and data to a new device?

The suggestion in that KB article is not for migrating to a new NAS on a different platform.

Re: Best Way To Migrate Config/Data To New ReadyNas Duo
Hi i did the same thing. However, I only copied the data across.
For the backups I manually reconfigured these - there are some new options on the duov2 that you may want to explore.
The configuration shouldn't take long and if anything it will get you comfortable with the v2 web interface.
