Can't access - 526X

Can't access - 526X

Firmware :  6.9.4  Able to access shares, NOT able to access GUI - gives Internal server error  (language below) on either Chrome or IE after login.  Does NOT give authentication error

Please contact the server administrator, admin@localhost and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

Welcome to the Community!

 

Have you tried clearing cache on the browsers? You may want to try and download the logs thru RAIDar so we can check if there are any issues.

 

OS-Reinstall might also help though it would be better if we can eliminate any issues on the browser or PC first
