Can't find RND2110v2 in network

I need some help on windows 10 configuration. With raidair I can find my NAS system and it seem to be working. When I try to connect the system tells me that some network setting might not be correct. Adding \\192.168..... directly to explorer shows as well no device... . In the networkview I also cannot find my nas system. Firewalls are all turned off. What else can I try?

(1) use windows explorer and in the tree go to "this PC"

(2) In the menu ribbon use option "map network drive"

(3) In the upcoming dialogue make sure you check-mark "Connect using different credentials"

(4) As the folder key in something like "\\nasipaddress\volumename

(5) Hit "Finish"

(6) Key in your credentials to login to the nas

(7) tadaa (hopefully :-), if not, sorry, don't feel bothered

From your windows machine use the ping command and see, whether the nas can be found:

(1) Open a "dos-box" to get a command line

(2) With the prompt execute "ping 192.168.0.99" (sample ip-address; need to use the address of your nas)

(3) Is your nas found? Any lost packages? Any lengthy response times?

... ping does not work 4 packages send, 4lost,  all with timeout

so only raidar can see it

oh, forgot to ask, whether SMB service is enabled on the nas. please check
