Constantly rebuilding one particular volume?
I've got a readynas 312 with dual hard drives (RAID-1, basically)
Several volumes on the unit.
I've been getting email alerts 3 times so far (not in a row, but over the past few months) that the "rebuild on volume BLAH" is beginning and then another email when it's done.
But the system status always shows as green, and that everything is ok.
Is this normal?
I thought rebuilds only had to be done when you initially installed the drives, or if something was wrong?

Re: Constantly rebuilding one particular volume?
For a while mine was rebuilding the first weekend of every month - but the last time it did that was June 2. What firmware are you running?
