Duo v2, can't do factory reset
I just recently bought a ReadyNAS Duo v2, but when I tried it I got the Corrupt Root message.
After this i tried to do a factory reset, but either I am doing something wrong or the factory reset doesn't work.
What I have tried so far is, Push the small button on the back in (the one that says SYS), then turn the NAS on.
After the lights "settle" I then click the backup button, when i do this all the lights go out.
After this nothing happens when I click the backup button (it's supposed to change the lights?)
The power button also doesn't work when i try to power down (only works when I power up).
I tried to hold it in for 5+ seconds, double click, single click, but no luck.
EDIT:
I was now able to do a factory reset. But after the reset was done it still says corrupt root. Is there anything else i can try?

- mdgm-ntgrNETGEAR Employee RetiredSo is it a Duo v1 or a Duo v2?
This suggests you could have a bad disk or bad memory.
Have you tried running the memory test?
