EnableFanMinRPMOverride work with 4.1.13 and 4.1.12

Does the EnableFanMinRPMOverride work with 4.1.13 and 4.1.12 on a ReadyNAS Duo (Sparc)?

I want the drives to be cooler then 45c. What is the reccomended min level as a read this may burn circuits out?
