Hi, I think it's after a reboot... I rebooted my ReadyNAS 104 then went to job, then realised I wasn't able to access it...
Came back to home and it's displaying: DO_RAW_SPIN_LOCK+C.... I went so stressed, because I already lost some data with this tons of errors I did in the past. it's running since fresh "format" on x-raid 3x4TB WD Reds...
The only things I recently done different, is trying of doing a snapshot of my Thicks LUNs iSCSI...
Now it will resync for 3-5 days, then I'll do a backup, I can currently access the shares and the web interface....
Any suggestion on what's bad?
I downloaded the log... And don't want to lose my (some new) datas, it's priceless...
Thanks!

Unfortunately, a factory reset does destroy all the data.

Re: Error: DO_RAW_SPIN_LOCK+C, need to resync...
Ok, after 2 days "re-syncing", it went back this morning froozen with DO_RAW_SPIN_LOCK+C and started back re-sync from scratch...
I'll factory reset it, hope I can get back all the data back from it...
It could be VERY NICE if somebody find what causes that, so community don't get this problem again...

Re: Error: DO_RAW_SPIN_LOCK+C, need to resync...
Yeah I know, did my 4TB backup, took a while, did factory reset, put back the settings... Then I'm transfering back my data..... This is ridiculously long... And this is about the third time I get strange errors like this with this netgear product....
I just wanna understand what's is going wrong... So it won't happens again...

Re: Error: DO_RAW_SPIN_LOCK+C, need to resync...
Hello mrvincent,
The error may occur due to a lot of possible reason. I believe in your case it can possibly determined if our engineers can have remote/console access to the NAS to debug it.

Re: Error: DO_RAW_SPIN_LOCK+C, need to resync...
Hello mrvincent,
It does appear that you already decided to factory reset and reconfigure the NAS from from scratch. I do apologize for the inconvenience. If in case the problem occurs again you may contact support, avail a contract for escalation to our higher tier or to our engineering department.
