Error Refuse to Connect

NetGear RAIDar shows the Nas Server, but unable to reach it via web browser or network browser.  Receive an error "Connect refused".  I can ping and again, the RAIDar shows the device.  This start May 7, 2016.

Which firmware is on the unit (you should see this in RAIDar e.g. 4.2.28)?

Do you recall which services you are running under Services > Standard File Protocols ?

Do you recall which add-ons you have installed?

I am running 4.2.28.  Also found out that this is only happening to one computer (my main one).
