Folders and files access only for Creators

HI..

I have strange issue after 4.2.16 at my readynas3200 ..firmware upgrade. (Even with 4.2.19).

The new files and folders created are having full access only to the creator, everybody else in the access list are gettting readonly access (Active directory share and file permission).

several days worked with support.... frustrated.

Any valuable help will be appreciated.
