General question re new support ticket at my.netgear.com
I am trying to log a new ticket at my.netgear.com. I answer the questions, fill out the text box with a lot of technical information, click the submit button. The button goes down & comes back up but nothing happens. I tried with Firefox 25 and IE9. I must have tried to submit a ticket four times, I am wondering if four identical tickets were entered into their system.
I just checked my email account, and nothing has appeared there as well; I was hoping to find a message indicating we have recieved your information and will get back to you in due time.
Any ideas?

I'm outside the 90day window, so I thought the only way to start a ticket was via email, that I'm not allowed to use phone of chat 😞

I guess I had too much information in the freeform text box. When I limited the amount of text, then I could add the ticket.
