How to make 2 mac time machine to same NAS
Hi, there
I have 2 MBP at home and i would like to used same NAS for my primary storage to save time machine.
1 with Lion and the other is 10.6.8
my NAS is Readynas ultra 4 is already update to 4.19.-t4

Just setup both macs to target he ReadyNAS - a separate backup per Mac will be maintained
Note the backup size you specify in Frontview when enabling TM support is the total size for all backups, not per Mac

This is not working for me with Lion and the new firmware on my NV+.
I just added my Mac Mini to the ReadyNAS Time Machine. A new sparse bundle has been created, but it seems to be using my MBP bundle. Now today, my MBP Time Machine is saying it is failing because its sparse bundle is already in use...
Frustrating.
