Invisible Snapshots - Access Denied To Upgrade

I have a ReadyNAS 102 running 6.9.2 firmware.
I have 1.70TB of Snapshot data that is inaccessible. I cannot browse them in the Web UI. From browsing/searching these forums, it sounds like a bug - that the snapshots were not upgraded after a previous firmware upgrade?
I attempted the command reccommended in other threads:
- touch /.force_snapshots_upgrade
However I get a Permission Denied as per attached screenshot. What should I be trying next?

You are using SSH logged in as admin. You need to log in as root (using the NAS admin password).

Re: Invisible Snapshots - Access Denied To Upgrade
Well that's embarassing 🙂
Thanks for pointing out the obvious. I have logged in as root now and the commands run without issue.
After logging into the Web UI - I see that it is upgrading the snapshots now (attached screenshot).
It has finished upgrading all snapshots - and I can now access them in the UI to delete them.
Thank you so much!
